About us
Fifteen-plus years of doing one thing.
Kaizen Rent A Car opened in July 2009 and remains family-run from one North York location.

Kaizen is the Japanese practice of continuous improvement: small corrections made consistently. That philosophy shapes how the fleet is renewed and how the rental process is handled.
What Kaizen actually does
The core business is insurance replacement and long-term weekly/monthly rental. The company also handles ordinary short rentals, vans for family travel and rentals while a personal vehicle is being serviced.
Where we are
29 Pemican Court, Unit 8, Toronto, ON M9M 2L4. About 15 minutes from Toronto Pearson, with GTA delivery available.
How the business grew
Primarily through repeat customers, body shops, brokers and referrals. The focus is simple: clean late-model cars, clear pricing and someone answering the phone.
